Queen does not process checkout on this website. If you choose to buy through Queen, the specific product, price, payment method, shipping details, and return conditions must be confirmed through WhatsApp before payment.

Shipping Confirmation

Items may ship from Hong Kong or another location clearly stated in the WhatsApp conversation. Shipping carrier, estimated delivery time, shipping cost, insurance, and tracking details should be confirmed before you commit to payment.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and local delivery charges may apply depending on your location. Unless Queen confirms otherwise in WhatsApp before payment, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

This page does not create an unconditional return promise. Returns, exchanges, cancellation terms, inspection windows, and who pays return shipping must be confirmed in WhatsApp before payment. If Queen agrees to a return, the item must be returned in the condition and timeframe agreed in the conversation.
